Tour Briefings

A Tour Briefing is an optional personalised service offered and conducted by our professional Tour Consultants, either at the airport or in the comfort of the clients’ hotel in Windhoek. Guests are taken through their itinerary with the use of maps, brochures and additional information, such as current road conditions, alternative routes, location of fuel stops and general information about the country. Our consultants are available to answer any questions clients may have.

Gondwana Travel Centre offers a 24 hours, 7 days a week emergency contact service, manned by our trained staff that are able to answer all queries and are empowered to deal with virtually any unforeseen circumstance, ensuring your vacation goes hand in hand with safety and support.

We at Gondwana Travel Centre pride ourselves on the user-friendly content of the documentation included in our Information Packs.
